- Facility Administrator: Authorized to manage accounts, add users, and access paid services.
- Facility User: Employee granted specific access by the Administrator.
- Service Partners: Certified technicians with access to advanced reports.
Article 3: Available Technical Modules
- Download Center: Technical catalogs and SASO certificates.
- Digital Academy: Training content and educational videos.
- Takween BIM Library: Intelligent 3D models and engineering data for company products.
- Hydraulic Calculator: Advanced tool for hydraulic calculations and pressure loss based on approved standards.
Article 4: Security
- 4.1 Users must maintain credential confidentiality.
- 4.2 Users bear full legal responsibility for all account activities. Hacking or disrupting technical measures is strictly prohibited.
Article 5: PrivacyThe company protects personal data according to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Data is processed for contractual purposes and digital service improvement.
Article 6: Intellectual PropertyAll content, including software, logos, and hydraulic algorithms, is the exclusive property of Innovation Exports. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
Article 7: Liability
- 7.2 The company is not liable for losses due to service interruptions or user data entry errors.
- 7.3 Results from the "Hydraulic Calculator" are for guidance; final specifications must be verified by the Engineering Department for major projects.
Article 9: Applicable LawThese terms are governed by Saudi Arabian laws, and the Commercial Courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over disputes.
