Takween Knowledge Center Terms

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

• Exclusive Ownership: All materials published in the Center, including (but not limited to) training curricula, engineering drawings, instructional videos, computational algorithms for the Hydraulic Calculator, and BIM Library models, are the exclusive property of Takween.
• Watermarking and Security: All visual and written materials are embedded with invisible digital watermarking. Any attempt to remove these watermarks or reverse engineer the content subjects the perpetrator to legal accountability under the Saudi Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
• Limited Use: The Center grants the user a "personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable" license to access materials and use technical tools solely for professional learning and developing projects that exclusively adopt Takween products. Downloading, copying, or distributing any part of the content outside the platform is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

3. Certification Policy

• Authenticity: Certificates are issued with a unique digital encoding (QR Code) linked to the company's national database.
• Technical Responsibility: Obtaining a certificate from the Center does not transfer the legal responsibility for engineering design from the consultant to "Takween"; rather, it certifies that the holder possesses the correct technical knowledge to handle our products.

4. Protection of Trade SecretsThe Center contains "consulting solutions" and innovative installation methods considered trade secrets of Takween. Users are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of this information and refrain from disclosing it to competitors.

5. Digital Conduct and Access RulesSharing the Center's login account with any other person, even within the same facility, is prohibited. The Center reserves the right to suspend access immediately if any abnormal activity is detected.

6. Technical and Consulting DisclaimerInformation and results extracted from technical tools (such as the Hydraulic Calculator) and models available in the BIM Library are general engineering guidelines. These results must always be aligned with the approved plans for each individual project, and the Center bears no responsibility for field misjudgments resulting from failure to consult the supervising engineer.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Committees for the Resolution of Intellectual Property Disputes and the Commercial Courts in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any breach of this policy.
