- Job Title: Hydraulic Design & Technical Support Engineer

- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for infrastructure and building projects.
- Conduct advanced hydraulic calculations, including friction loss, water hammer, and thermal derating factors.
- Ensure full compliance of piping designs with the Saudi Building Code (SBC 701), SASO, ISO standards, and relevant global specifications.
- Apply "Value Engineering" concepts to propose alternative, cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and compliance standards.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive Technical Submittals for major projects.
- Provide technical support to consultants and contractors, and address technical inquiries related to piping systems (HDPE, PVC, cPVC, PPR).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in designing water supply, drainage, and pumping networks.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi and international building codes.
- Proficiency in using engineering design software (AutoCAD) and a solid understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) fundamentals.
