- Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer / Business Developer

- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Target and open new markets, and manage relationships with major contractors, consulting firms, and real estate developers.
- Analyze engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to provide accurate and competitive pricing proposals for integrated piping solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations to clients to explain the added value, the advantages of "Takween Plast" products, and their compliance with specifications.
- Work closely with the "Technical Support" department to ensure Material Approval from consultants in Mega Projects.
- Monitor supply chains to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with joint teams to develop digital solutions that serve the sales sector and accelerate the company's digital transformation journey.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) or Business Administration with a strong technical background.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in technical sales (B2B) within the construction and building sector in the Saudi market (experience in piping and mechanical systems is highly preferred).
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and contract management skills.
- Solid knowledge of market trends, as well as current and upcoming projects in the region.
